ADG's COO, Bruce Quay, Has Been Selected To Join The MENALAC Awards Jury Panel!
Aquatic Development Group (ADG) is proud to announce COO, Bruce Quay has been appointed to the MENALAC Awards Non-Operator Jury Panel and will be judging the 10 esteemed award categories.
The Middle East and North Africa Leisure & Attractions Council (MENALAC) is a nonprofit trade council representing the leisure and attractions companies in the Middle East and North Africa. With ADG's ongoing sales and marketing efforts in the Middle East and increased expansion within the MENA region, ADG is a proud member of MENALAC, and excited to have Bruce join the list of prestigious business executives that have been chosen for the jury.
In addition to participating in the MENALAC Jury Panel, Bruce has volunteered to join the MENALAC Manufacturer & Supplier Committee which is dedicated to working with local authorities across the MENA region to help facilitate the sharing of information and clarify government requirements for these members. ADG's Marketing Manager, Julie Kline is also a member of the MENALAC Events Committee which is focused on creating events that serve in the best interest of MENALAC members including conferences, in country focus events, educational webinars and the highly acclaimed and anticipated Awards Gala.
Bruce Quay brings to MENALAC over 30 years of experience in the aquatics industry having consistently demonstrated his expertise in growing businesses across manufacturing, distribution, and service sectors.
Bruce first joined ADG leadership in the early 2000s as Executive Vice President, collaborating with Tom Lochtefeld to introduce FlowRider® to the North American market. After a successful venture running his own company, Bruce returned to ADG as Chief Operating Officer and partner in the organization. In this role, he focuses on accelerating the growth of ADG's wave and surf equipment systems division.
Central to Bruce's growth strategy is the development of EpicSurf®, ADG’s most ambitious product launch in its 50-year history. Launched in 2021, EpicSurf is the first stationary deep-water surf wave system entirely manufactured in the USA. Bruce envisions EpicSurf leading the in-land stationary surf space, catalyzing global expansion for ADG Waves and WaveTek®.
