Our high rate vacuum sand filter is one of the most used systems for large aquatic complexes. These filters are high volume water purification plants that can centrally filter multiple pools or aquatic attractions with an impressive filtration capacity of up to 3000 GPM. This system is field constructed with multiple configurations and control options available.
A breakthrough in filtration tech, the Bi-Flow Filter uses multi-flow innovation for top-tier filtration. These eco-friendly, space-saving systems cut energy, chemical, and labor costs, while needing minimal maintenance. These filters are fully automated with no media upkeep needed.
This space-efficient design stacks chambers and filter beds in one tank for efficiency, and cutting backwash volumes. Each cell can be backwashed separately, offering flexibility. Available in carbon and stainless steel, these reliable systems can be coated for protection.
Much like the larger HVS system, this is a field-constructed system that delivers high-flow vacuum filtration in a centrally located mechanical room. The configurations are generally smaller, delivering high turnover rates with affordable and efficient operation.
These stainless steel high-rate vacuum bi-flow filter systems achieve vacuum filtration in tank configurations installed above-deck, at deck level, or with vented closed-tank systems below deck. The design of these systems deliver 2 sqft of filter area for 1 sqft of tank size and can be fabricated in modular sections for use on projects with limited access.
