Aquatic Development Group hosted a Press Event during the IAAPA Expo this past week where CEO, Ken Ellis discussed the “Premiere Line” of water rides which includes Breaker Beach™, Twin Tides™ and Adventure Lagoon™.

Water World Waterpark (Denver, CO)  Breaker Beach™ was opened to the public as the first-of-its-kind dual-launch boogie-boarding surf ride that dispatches new waves to riders every four seconds. This water ride utilizes ADG’s WaveTek™ technology to generate recreational waves suited for boogie-board riding. ADG won the 2016 IAAPA Brass Ring Award for Best New Product for Breaker Beach.

Twin Tides™ is a dual-entry wave pool that opened at Splash Cove in Shawnee, Kansas in September 2016. This water ride by ADG offers double the capacity and double the fun compared to conventional single-entry wave pools. Twin Tides™ is a shallow pool design with 24-inch Diamond Waves and an immediate capacity of 245 users.

Adventure Lagoon™ is expecting to open at new waterpark H2OBX in North Carolina in 2017.  Adventure Lagoon™ is a compact, all-ages activities pool which contains a range of skills-based activities for a wide demographic including water cannons for interactive play.
