Okana Resort & Indoor Hotel – Opening February 21, 2025
We’re thrilled to be in the final stages of construction for the Okana Resort & Hotel, set to open on February 21, 2025. This 11-story resort hotel features 404 luxurious rooms paired with a 100,000-square-foot indoor waterpark and 4.5 acres of outdoor lagoon adventures. With its sleek design and world-class amenities, Okana is poised to be the ultimate getaway destination for all Oklahoma City visitors and residents. We’re proud to have been part of a project that will offer an immersive experience with both indoor and outdoor attractions from start to finish.
Our developer support services played a vital role in bringing this vision to life. From conceptual artwork and interior design to furniture selection and operational elements, ADG curated every detail to create a cohesive and captivating guest experience. This is an experience you won’t want to miss!
Bavarian Inn Waterpark – Coming Early 2025
We’re also excited for the opening of the Bavarian Inn waterpark, set to open early 2025 in Frankenmuth, Michigan. At 170,000 square feet, this will be Michigan’s biggest indoor waterpark and family fun center, making it a landmark attraction in the state. This project will combine Bavarian culture with modern hospitality, creating a destination that celebrates family fun and unforgettable adventures.

Michigan’s first adult-only swim-up bar
ADG is proud to have played a key role in the design/build process and to have supplied the aquatic equipment for this incredible project. From concept to execution, our team worked to ensure every detail contributes to a seamless and thrilling guest experience. With cozy accommodations, authentic Bavarian dining, and attractions designed for all ages, the Bavarian Inn will deliver a perfect mix of entertainment and relaxation to a place with nothing else like it nearby.
EpicSurf – Project Announcements Coming Soon!
We’re also looking forward to announcing some exciting EpicSurf projects coming soon! While we can’t reveal everything just yet, we’re excited to share that we have several new ventures lined up that we’ll be ready to announce in the near future. These upcoming projects will bring surf to people who otherwise wouldn't be able to experience it, and we can’t wait to share all the details soon!
