(ADG), one of the premier designers and builders of waterparks and attractions around the world is proud to announce the completion and grand opening of a new indoor Double FlowRider® at the Fantasy Surf entertainment center in Kissimee, FL. ADG is the exclusive U.S. manufacturer and distributor of the FlowRider.
1st “stand-alone” indoor FlowRider facility in North America
The construction of Fantasy Surf represents the first time in North America that an entertainment facility has been dedicated exclusively to flowboarding. The FlowRider is positioned front and center in the facility, behind a glass wall and supported by a sophisticated ventilation system to keep the riders in clear view and surfing seven days a week, all year long! To enhance the entertainment aspect of the facility there is a large viewing area in front of the FlowRider with video monitor support and restaurant seating along with easy access to the facility’s in-house retail surf shop and food concessions.
Designed to attract guests and sell time shares
The FlowRider installation fit the strategy of owner Jeff Weinland extremely well. He was looking for a cutting-edge family activity and entertainment device that would create excitement. With a goal of selling more time shares, Fantasy World Resort & Vacation Villas is using the new Fantasy Surf entertainment center as the corner stone of a strategy to enhance entertainment options at the resort and ultimately; sell more time shares.
