ADG Adds Two New Wave Systems to their Growing List of 425+ World Wide Installations. IN THE NEWS | AQUATIC DEVELOPMENT GROUP | March 27, 2017

Aquatic Development Group (ADG) has added two new properties to their growing list of worldwide wave installations. Kalahari Indoor Waterpark (Poconos, PA) and Splash in the Boro (Statesboro, GA) have both chosen ADG, the undisputed leader in wave generation technology, to supply their wave generation systems for their new wave pools.

Kalahari Indoor Waterpark in the Poconos underwent an expansion to their indoor waterpark and decided to incorporate a large wave pool to add to their list of aquatic attractions. The expansion was open to the public March 8th 2017, featuring a drop slide, a new kids area and the “Dungeons of Hout Bay Wave Pool” to their patrons.

Splash in the Boro’s $5.5 million expansion is underway in Statesboro, GA. This expansion is expected to increase capacity by 700 guests and continue to expand the park’s attraction to make Splash in the Boro the ultimate vacation destination in Southeast Georgia. With increased competition in the area, Splash in the Boro wanted to differentiate their property and keep expanding to provide guests with a thrilling water park experience.

“Wave pools are a huge attraction for any water park. It is probably the top attraction at water parks that folks look for,” said Mike Rollins, Statesboro-Bulloch County Director of Parks and Recreation, “It was important that we made ours the best possible and that meant using ADG as our wave supplier.”
