Parks are always looking to add a new attraction for marketability and differentiation of their property. But due to the pandemic, most waterparks are looking for ways to make a splash without breaking the bank. A trend that we are seeing in the industry is renovations. Parks are looking at underperforming areas and attractions in their park and creative aquatic designers are developing ways to retrofit, or utilize existing foundations/equipment to create an all new attraction – refreshing an area of their park.
