PROJECT MANAGEMENT – CONSTRUCTION
This dedicated team ensures construction budgets and timelines stay on track without sacrificing the quality of the finished product. In-office coordination combined with on-site project managers and field staff, ensure communication between client, staff, designers and engineers is seamless and consistent, allowing for construction and production matters to be dealt with on-time and on-schedule. Our construction staff is fully employed by ADG, not outsourced, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of expertise and craftsmanship, and safety and quality control measures are being met.

The skillful and experienced technicians at ADG have been creating fabricated components for the aquatic industry for over half a century. All of our products are manufactured onsite at our upstate NY facility and our long history of designing and fabricating steel, stainless steel and polymer components for the commercial pool equipment industry, along with our mastery of wave generation systems and breakthrough technological advances in mountainside products, provides our clients with the in-house expertise and knowledge unavailable anywhere else in the industry. Our many long term employees consist of certified welders, machinists and general fabricators that have the skills and ability to manufacture the highest quality mechanical systems and components for all the products that ADG has to offer, from filters and wave fans to Flowriders® and Mountain CoastersTM.
