Dave Keim

As the VP of Business Development, Dave directs and oversees ADG’s business development and marketing efforts. With more than 25 years’ experience in commercial aquatic construction, Dave has been instrumental in developing and directing new construction and renovation projects for hundreds of commercial aquatics facilities worldwide. His clients include municipalities, schools, colleges, universities, hotels, resorts, health care facilities, private developers and the U.S. military. Dave is a graduate of Ball State University with degrees in manufacturing technology and business management. He holds commercial swimming pool and recreational facility contractor’s licenses in Florida, California, Nevada and Virginia and is an acting committee member of  ASTM and ARDA.

In his free time, Dave enjoys boating, skiing and making memories with his family.
