Kenneth L. Ellis, President and CEO

Ken is responsible for the daily operations of ADG in addition to overall responsibility for new business, acquisitions and the timely completion of all projects delivered by ADG. In his 16 years as CEO, Ken has advanced and improved the aquatic systems product lines, and established industry-leading standards for innovative waterpark and water feature solutions. An accomplished strategist and marketer, his vision and expertise have contributed to the success of some of the most highly attended waterparks in the world. Ellis sits on the board of the World Waterpark Association and is called upon frequently to speak at industry events. In 2011 Ellis led the acquisition of Alpine Products mountain coaster and superslide; the sole U.S. manufacture of mountain coasters.

Jim Dunn, Vice President, Design and Construction

Jim’s responsibilities include conceptual design development, contract administration, and the management of projects ranging from specialty features and aquatic centers to entire waterparks. A registered architect with over 20 years’ experience in aquatics, Jim oversees all design projects at ADG and his portfolio includes many of the most prestigious waterparks in the country.  His work has received numerous awards through the years including Aquatics International’s Dream Designs and recognition by IAAPA and the ARDA. In 2011 Jim was named to Aquatics International’s “Power 25“; a prestigious list of industry influencers working to establish a standard Model Aquatic Health Code (MAHC).

David L. Keim, Vice President Sales & Marketing

As the VP of Sales and Marketing, Dave directs and oversees ADG’s sales and marketing efforts. With more than 20-years’ experience in commercial aquatic construction, Dave has been instrumental in developing and directing new construction and renovation projects for hundreds of commercial aquatics facilities worldwide. His clients include municipalities, schools, colleges, universities, hotels, resorts, health care facilities, private developers the U.S. military. Dave is a graduate of Ball State University with degrees in manufacturing technology and business management. Dave holds commercial swimming pool and recreational facility contractor’s licenses in Florida, California, Nevada and Virginia.
